Management of the applications running in the Claims area

Since 2008, the FINCONS GROUP has dealt with Application Management within the Claims area for its customer Vittoria Assicurazioni, an insurance company operating in all risk branches since 1921, boasting long-term experience in the provision of insurance coverage to individuals, households and companies

The Application Management project is currently being managed by 21 members of staff.

The major areas addressed by the project are:

  • Review of the management system regarding the introduction of the CARD convention,
  • Reorganization of the application area dedicated to the management of claim information documents (inbound and outbound),
  • Creation of an incentive calculation, settlement procedure and accounting procedure for agencies.
