The FINCONS GROUP handled the “Portale Unico dei Fiduciari” (Trustees Portal) Project, for its customer Vittoria Assicurazioni, an insurance company operating in all risk assurance branches since 1921, boasting long experience in the provision of insurance coverage to individuals, households and companies
The project aimed at centrally managing the operations of all trustees that collaborate or play an active role in the process of evaluation, settlement, reparation or definition of damage.
The main functions implemented within the portal concern:
- Master data management of employees and collaborators,
- Mandate assignment (automatic or manual) and management,
- Inbound and outbound document management,
- Generation and posting of notes of fees,
- Workflows aimed at facilitating and organising employees’ and collaborators’ work
- Development of reports and statistics, useful for the evaluation of trustee performance and their verification for incentive purposes.
