ASTRID is an advanced Service Centre management system. Developed and designed entirely in J2EE technology, ASTRID permits electronic centralisation and organisation of maintenance process operations, permitting intelligent allocation of service centres’ technical resources.

ASTRID permits complete management of maintenance jobs, contracts and subcontracts, accounting, current orders, invoicing and shipping and provides tools for controlling costs and times. ASTRID is intended for all companies which operate a maintenance network and are aware of the benefits to be gained from complete, efficacious planning of all stages in responding to customers’ calls, scheduling appointments, recording data on the job and subsequent management of invoicing and payments.
