Legislative Decree 24/2023 transposes into Italian law the European regulation of "Whistleblowing", i.e. the reporting of offenses of which a person (employee, collaborator, professional, shareholder, director, etc.) has become aware due to of the employment relationship maintained with the Company.
In order to comply with the regulatory provisions, Fincons has adopted an internal reporting channel (IT platform, of which you will find the link on this page) which guarantees maximum protection of confidentiality regarding the identity of the reporter and the person involved or mentioned in reporting.
There is the possibility of not indicating your identification data (name and surname) when filling out the tool screens.
