Two Cards for the price of one

A FINCONS GROUP banking customer wished to stand out on the credit card market by offering cardholders a PRODUCT PACKAGE of two different cards for the price of one

This required a massive issuance of cards to all cardholders (sending out the second card to existing cardholders) and the adaptation of information systems to support the new package.

The FINCONS GROUP worked with the customer to review and define business requirements and oversaw the project, which had two, contemporary goals.

The first of these was developing an automated system which would handle the office’s work by sending jobs out to the company that creates the cards, while the second was to adapting the system to support various functions linked with credit card management.
