Increased competition and greater complexity on the credit card market made it necessary for this customer to offer an innovative range of products and services while at the same time cutting operating costs and Time-To-Market

The FINCONS GROUP applied its business know-how and experience in the process of reviewing requirements to define the features required for the customer’s new PRODUCT CATALOGUE.

The business and functional requirements collected were then used as input for the design phase and as an estimation of IT systems investment for the Card Management System.

Stages in the project included: assessment of the current situation and future strategy, analysis of data collected by Assessment, Modelling of the To Be system.
