Problematic Credit Management

The customer in this project was a member of a primary Italian banking group and leader in the area of problematic credit management aiming to minimise the cost of credit collection

In view of the difficulty involved in organising the large volume of activities and setting due dates for them, and the impossibility of managing cyclical tasks, the customer asked the FINCONS GROUP to design and develop an application which would not only guarantee effective credit management, with automated forecasting and scheduling of cyclical tasks, but provide an immediate global overview of the state of work progress.

The tool, currently used by a hundred or so of the bank’s lawyers, has turned out to be a strategic asset for coordinating, organising and scheduling technical, legal and commercial tasks.
