Automatic RID (Bank Direct Debit) management

Development of an integration system for the bank circuit, Order Management, CRM and Billing systems, aimed at managing the life-cycle of proxies for RID (Bank Direct Debit) payments

The project included analysis of the integration processes regarding activation of new customers, change of payment methods and termination of the relationship with existing customers.

Following the analysis phase, various management services for the integration, a communication layer to the banks and a user interface for the manual management of the whole process were developed based on the SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) perspective.

The solution includes the Application Management service and Service Desk for the released solution.
