For our customer, an international company engaged in manufacturing and marketing high quality products, present in over 125 countries and boasting a very large portfolio of important brands, with over 50 product lines, the FINCONS GROUP took care of the “Suppliers Quality Certification Project”.
The tool enables automatic update of the information contained in the quality certificate, which the suppliers provide during the delivery of fish, indicating the quality values for every fish lot in the container.
The information is managed through a predefined form which the customer sends to suppliers, who fill it in prior to every goods delivery. After the registration of the goods receipt, the form is executed, data consistency checks are carried out and the information is recorded.
The solution uses an ADOBE form which interacts with the SAP system by transferring and checking the information in both directions.
