Re-engineering PM and IT Governance processes

The customer in this project is a public sector service company whose mission is to use information and communication technologies to improve relations between public institutions and civil society

For several years now the customer has been using Project View by Artemis for planning and control of information technology projects conducted for its own institutional customers, most of which are organisations in the Region of Lombardy.

Following restructuring of the group, the new company is now a supplier of infrastructure applications, and it is currently working on RE-ENGINEERING of its PROJECT MANAGEMENT and IT GOVERNANCE PROCESSES.
The FINCONS GROUP, in partnership with Artemis Italia, provided consulting services during assessment and definition of the new project management application to be implemented on the client's Project View platform.

As part of the delicate review process, the FINCONS GROUP analysed the types of problem most frequently encountered in project management and integration with other company applications, especially in the area of management control.
