The acquisition bolsters Fincons Group’s delivery offering in the publishing sector and supports our activities in France where the Group recently opened a new office in Paris. Fincons will manage the subscription platform for magazines belonging to Reworld Media Magazines SAS (formerly Mondadori France). This is a highly strategic activity for the French digital owner of an international media network.
