Fincons Group has an organisational and management model to prevent misconduct inside the company. Its aim is to protect people, the Group’s companies, and all our stakeholders, because to act with integrity and according to the law fully reflects our values as a company and as people.

Organisational Model 231

With Model 231, Fincons has further reinforced its internal auditing system equipping itself with a system for the prevention of misdemeanours regulated by decree 231/2001, guaranteeing respect for fairness and transparency to protect its reputation and its employees as well as client and shareholder expectations.

Decree 231/2001 defines the administrative responsibility of legal entities, businesses and associations for corporate crimes such as corruption, malfeasance and fraud against the government. When it came into force, Fincons Group decided to immediately enact the Model for organisation and management outlined by the legislation.

The adoption of this Model has enabled the company to bolster its internal quality system with a tool to prevent the occurrence of the crimes outlined and to meet the requirements of fairness and transparency that protect its  image and employees as well as the expectations of clients and shareholders.

The Model adopted is the result of careful and structured analysis and is derived from the organising of company processes according to the requirements outlined by the Decree and the category principles outlined by Confindustria in relation to 231. It has required the establishment of a specific autonomous Vigilance Body that is independent and consists of three people external to the company who:

  • Verify the adoption of the Model

  • Evaluate its adequacy and therefore ability to pre-empt undesired behaviours

  • Analyse the retention over time of its suitability to the objectives and provide alerts when updates are needed

 

Code of Ethics

Fincons Group doesn’t follow only logics of profit; its growth is founded on human values which are deep-seated in our company culture. These values are written inside our Code of Ethics as a point of reference for all our people, as they inspire and lead the actions of each and every one of us.

Moral fiber and fairness are a constant commitment that we pursue every day. A commitment to respect the law and national and international regulations, as well as to follow best ethical, social and environmental practices in order to foster a sustainable development through safe and eco-friendly processes.

These values have led our path, and to date they are the pillars on which our future and our success is based. Our Code of Ethics fully represents them.
