Roberto Guarinelli joined Fincons in 2017 as Business Development Manager for the FSI Business Unit and was later appointed Director of Global Banking Strategy & Development, followed by Director of Global Banking BU FSI. Since 2026, he has served as Global BU FSI General Manager, overseeing the consolidation and expansion of Fincons’ presence in the Banking & Insurance market both nationally and internationally.
Before joining Fincons Group, Roberto spent twenty years as a consultant for a major multinational in the FSI sector, where he held the role of Managing Director. He contributed to significant Digital Transformation programs, Vendor Consolidation / AM transformation initiatives, and System Integration projects focused on Digital Channels.
He graduated in Information Science from the University of Milan in 1997.
