Giuliano Altamura

Chief Business Officer
Global BU FSI General Manager

Giuliano Altamura joined Fincons Group in 2004, initially taking on the role of Senior Account and Project Manager in the Lugano area, where he managed business-critical projects for major clients in the Banking sector. Over time, he took on positions of increasing responsibility, becoming General Manager of the Financial Services Business Unit in 2011, with the goal of developing and managing the Banking and Insurance business at group level. Under his leadership the BU grew significantly, making a key contribution to the company’s international expansion.

From 2022 to 2025 he also served as General Manager of Fincons UK, playing an active role in developing the Group’s presence in the British market.

In 2025 he was appointed Chief Business Officer. In this strategic role, Giuliano drives Fincons’ business growth, defining and implementing strategies in line with the company vision. He coordinates Business Units and Territories in identifying new market opportunities, defining commercial strategies and optimising the management of key clients, while fostering innovation in both Fincons’ offering and pricing models.

Before joining Fincons, Giuliano gained significant consulting experience in the Financial Services sector, working on complex technology projects for leading banking and insurance clients, with a focus on integration architectures, multichannel solutions and web applications.

Mara Barni

Group Communication & Sustainability Director

Mara Barni joins Fincons in 2008 where, initially in the role of Head of Marketing & Corporate Communication, she is in charge of the development and coordination of marketing & communication strategies for Italian and international markets, in accordance with the company’s internalization strategy, contributing to building brand awareness and reputation development as well as brand positioning. In 2020 Mara is appointed Group Communication Director, with the objective of developing both the corporate communications strategy and the promotion of Fincons’ values in target markets, in addition to designing the Group’s Internal Communication Vision and realizing the employee Value Proposition which form the basis of clear Employer Branding. In 2023 she is appointed Sustainability Director to define Corporate Social Responsibility policies that are aligned with company strategy and to oversee company sustainability measures in synergy with the departments involved. Mara acquired significant experience in marketing & communications, firstly in business consulting at a well-known international company and secondly within leading telco and IT consulting companies as Marketing & Communication Manager honing her skills in strategical development in target markets. In addition to this, immediately after graduating in Economics and Commerce at the Università Cattolica of Milan, Mara establishes key collaborations with universities and business management schools in the role of e-business planning and investment analysis lecturer for masters’ courses.

Serge Bidault

General Manager of Fincons France 

After studying Law and Business Management, Serge Bidault began his professional career as Head of Communications at the Limagrain Group (4th largest seed company in the world). He then held various general management responsibilities in the Media, Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) sector working with several companies including the press agency TF1-LCI, other Audio-visual Production Companies and then heading up regional TV channels in France. He was also appointed CEO of a broadcast software solutions publisher specializing in technologies and services for major players in the broadcast sector and companies managing digital assets (M6 Group, France Televisions Groupe, TF1 Group, Next Radio – Altice Group, French Senate...).
In 2017, he took over operational management of 2 innovative French companies specializing in image services and technologies (Real Time 3D, AR & VR, Retail digital services ...) for civil industries like VALEO Group and for military applications. At the start of 2020, the owners of the Swiss-Italian group Fincons Group, Michele and Francesco Moretti, entrusted him with the general management of the French subsidiary, which plays a key part in the internationalization strategy the Group successfully pursues.

Brennan Binford

General Manager of Fincons.US

After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Engineering and Applied Mathematics from the University of Pennsylvania in 1997, Brennan joined the IT consulting industry, ultimately becoming a founding partner of PDG Consulting (which was acquired by Fincons.US in 2024). In preparation for his next career journey, he completed Stanford’s graduate school of business in 2023 and joined Fincons shortly thereafter as General Manager of Fincons US. As part of Fincons US, Brennan manages US operations, is the head of the US manufacturing business unit, and contributes to the US Media business unit. Brennan is a program manager, solutions architect, and technology leader with 25 years of experience in building global ERP, data analytics, and planning applications.

Francesco Calcagni

Director of Territory Verona

Francesco Calcagni was born on January 31 1967 in Padua. In May 1991 he graduated from the Department of Electronics of Padua University with a Degree in Electronic Engineering, specialising in Industrial Automation.
He began his career working with an Italian company specialising in management software for manufacturing industry.

In the second half of the ’90s he began working with other ICT companies serving professional studios, banks, insurance firms and the civil service, consolidating his technical skills and undertaking project management roles involving growing responsibility.

In 2003 he became Technical Director for the Northeast in Fincons, contributing to development of know-how and projects in the area, focusing specifically on banking and publishing. In 2012, following the NEC merger in Fincons SpA, became Territory Manager for North East Area. He currently holds the role of Director of Territory Verona.

Nicolò Colombo

Group Marketing Director

After gaining a Master's Degree in Management Engineering at Politecnico di Milano, Nicolò Colombo began his professional career in 2008, working in leading, highly innovative companies in the Financial Services sector and developing strong experience in digital transformation.

In 2020 he joined Fincons as Strategic Marketing and Innovation Manager. His innovative approach, always focused on customer satisfaction and business development, and his great passion for technology meant that in June 2021 he took on the role of Head of Marketing and Innovation for the Financial Services and Energy&Utilities Business Units in order to promote the offerings of these sectors both nationally and internationally.

In December 2021 he took responsibility for the Group’s entire Marketing department in the role of Group Marketing Director, to promote Fincons' offering in domestic and international markets and to establish strong partnerships with leading market vendors.

Sandro Francescangeli

General Manager Territory Roma

Sandro rejoined Fincons Group in 2025 as General Manager Territory Rome, taking on an exciting new challenge with a company to which he has always remained closely connected, both personally and professionally. He had previously been part of the Group from 2010 to 2019, serving as Territory Manager for the Rome office. In his current role, Sandro is responsible for managing the Group’s key clients in the Rome area and for driving the development of client relationships and strategic partnerships at Group level, with the objective of strengthening Fincons’ presence and growth in the market.

Throughout his career, Sandro has held senior management positions in both national and international contexts. Between 2019 and 2024, he served on the board of a major Italian company, where he oversaw significant M&A transactions. During the same period, he founded a start-up specialising in Artificial Intelligence and collaborated with an American multinational, leading projects for a major Italian railway operator.

Earlier in his career, he worked for several prominent companies across the ICT sector and beyond, gaining extensive management experience and holding executive roles in IT, technical, and commercial functions.

Immediately after graduating in 1990 in Information Sciences at the Università degli Studi of Pisa, Sandro began his career as a teaching assistant at the Faculties of Engineering at the Universities of Rome and Terni.

Luca Laera

Delivery Center General Manager

In 2021 Luca Laera was put in change of Fincons’ Delivery Center in the role of General Manager with the objective of designing strategies and managing activities in both the Bari office and the operative hubs, consistently with the Group’s business goals and internationalization process. 

Luca began working inside Fincons’ Delivery Center in Bari, where he initially was responsible for the management of leading client’s projects in the Utilities sector in 2012. Over the years Luca has held roles of increasing responsibility in the management of Fincons’ Delivery Center activities.

He brings the Group lengthy experience in the IT consulting field as he specialised in this area immediately after graduating in Electronic Engineering at the Bari Polytechnic in 1997.

In 2000 Luca joined Exprivia S.p.A., where he grew professionally covering roles of increasing responsibility in the management of important system integration projects for industry leading companies (Telecom Italia, AGIP, SNAM Rete Gas and ENI).

In 2007 Luca joined Data Management S.p.A. where was responsible for product development for Local Public Administrations.

Lorenzo Macchi

Global BU Manufacturing General Manager
Director of Competence Center SAP

In 2021 Lorenzo Macchi was appointed Global BU Manufacturing General Manager with the responsibility of consolidating and developing Fincons’ national and international presence in the Manufacturing sector. Lorenzo also holds the role of Director of Competence Center SAP supporting the Group’s growth.

Lorenzo joined Fincons in 2011 as ERP & Manufacturing Leader, managing the development of SAP Platform projects.

Lorenzo expanded his professional experience working for leading System Integrators and he gained skills in the logistics & supply chain area as well as in the management of business processes reengineering projects on the SAP Platform for large clients in the manufacturing industry.

In 1999, he graduated in Business Economics at LIUC University of Castellanza (VA), after specializing in ERP solutions for small and medium enterprises with a Masters degree at the same institute.

Carlo Nebuloni

General Manager UK

Carlo Nebuloni joined Fincons Group in 2025 as General Manager UK, taking on full responsibility for P&L, operational management and business development. In this role, he leads the Group’s growth strategy in the UK, develops new opportunities and represents Fincons locally, strengthening its market presence and positioning.

Carlo is an experienced executive with over 25 years of international expertise in leading major transformation initiatives across the insurance and financial services sectors. He began his career at Accenture before joining AXA in 2007, where he played a key role in launching QUIXA, an innovative direct insurance startup. In 2013, he moved to AXA UK, where he also served as Chief Data Officer, successfully driving the company’s transformation towards a data-driven organization. He specializes in integrating artificial intelligence, data governance, and digital innovation aligned with strategic business objectives.

Alberto Niero

General Manager Global BU Media

Alberto Niero holds a Bachelor degree in Computer Science obtained in 1997 from Ca’ Foscari University in Venice, Italy.

He joined the Fincons Group in 2008 to develop and strengthen the media business unit and support the group operating model evolution.

He has significant experience in consulting work and a strong knowledge of the media industry in terms of business contexts, processes, systems, market packages and application frameworks.
During his professional career, after initial experiences focused on technical and application architectures in internet/intranet environments, over the last years he mainly worked on the radio-television sector specializing in Broadcast Management Systems and – more generally – on the areas of digitization of content production, management and distribution processes.
Before joining the Fincons Group, Alberto worked about 10 years in one of the world's leading Strategic Consulting companies within the Communication Media & Entertainment Market Unit as part of the Business and System Integration Consulting Group.

During his career, Alberto helped key clients at national and international level to design and implement business and technology innovation programs, including: Mediaset, RCS MediaGroup, Star Group (News Corporation), Sky Italia, La7, Boodai Group, RAI, Wind, Omnitel, Louvre Museum, Teatro alla Scala, Sony Italia.

Adam Tarshis

Senior Vice President of Media Fincons US

Adam has been designing and building content distribution and licensing platforms for media and entertainment companies since 2005. He has an intimate knowledge of the industry and extensive experience managing large scale projects across the enterprise. As SVP of Media for Fincons US, Adam is based in Los Angeles and currently focuses on improving digital content supply chains, cloud migration of live and VOD content distribution chains, and targeted dynamic ad insertion on linear and OTT platforms. 

Adam has bachelor's degrees in electrical engineering and computer science from The University of Pennsylvania and spends his free time trying to get you to eat more Impossible burgers.

Eben Thomas

Managing Director, Fincons India

Eben Thomas began his professional journey as a Software Engineer in a leading Indian multinational IT services and consulting company. Throughout his time with the company, he contributed significantly to multiple media and entertainment projects, honing his skills in both leadership and the development of large-scale applications. In 2013, he joined PDG Consulting US as the Managing Director tasked with launching its offshore operations in India. Over the past 11 years, he has assembled a team of experts spanning diverse technologies & domains, successfully delivering numerous projects for various clients.

He assumed the position of Managing Director at Fincons India in 2024 following the acquisition of PDG Consulting by Fincons Group. His primary objective is to further advance the capabilities of Fincons Italy's smart-shore model by introducing an additional team in India of advanced technological and domain experts ensuring flexibility, scalable services, and round-the-clock support across various time zones.

Stefano Urbani

Deputy CEO Fincons US

After graduating in Telecommunications Engineering in 1999 at “La Sapienza” University of Rome, Stefano joined Fincons Group in November 2013 to support growth in the Practice Web.

In 2015 he was put in charge of the Salesforce Competence Center contributing to its growth. He was also involved in Fincons’ international projects and managed business development activities. He was appointed Director of International Operations in 2020 and, in 2023, Deputy CEO of Fincons US.

Stefano has many years of experience in consulting in Italy and abroad and has developed cross-industry experience. During his career, Stefano has dealt with Information Management, initially focusing on Business Intelligence projects then moving on to Enterprise Information Management, Web and eCommerce. Stefano also has extensive experience in the role of Solution Architect, designing Digital technological solutions for numerous initiatives.

Before joining Fincons Group, Stefano worked in one of the world's leading Strategic Consulting companies for over 13 years in the System Integration & Technology service line and in the Emerging Technology group.

Matteo Villa

General Manager Global BU IIR & Director of e-Procurement Competence Center

After graduating in Computer Engineering at Milan Polytecnic in 1998, Matteo Villa began his career in some of the leading consulting companies where he covered the roles of Project Manager and Business Development Manager.

He was in charge of coordinating national and European R&D projects, managing business relationships with technological partners, research organizations, international institutions and the European Commission. Matteo also managed consultancy activities for the European Commission.

In 2013 Matteo joined Fincons Group as Business Development Senior Manager, developing consultancy services for the European Commission and its agencies and for international institutions including the UN. Matteo also manages Industry 4.0 R&D and projects funded by 2020 Horizon Programme.

In Fincons Matteo has grown even further professionally and was appointed Global General Manager for the International Institutions and Research BU in 2020. He is also in charge of the e-Procurement Competence Center. Matteo coordinates consultancy activities at European level, innovation on emerging technologies and cutting-edge projects, expansion of the Group offering in the e-Procurement field, contributing to the realization of Fincons’ international strategy.

Simone Villa

General Manager Global BU Energy & Utilities, Director of Product Center AMPPER and FiscalOne

Simone Villa was born in Varese (Italy) on 1970. He graduated with Honor in Economics at the “Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore” of Milan on 1996.

On November 1996 he began his career in one of the world's leading Strategic Consulting companies. He spent his first years working in the Energy industry as business consultant deployed to the Supply Chain Service Line. He got all skills and capabilities to be promoted Manager.

Since November 2001 he has begun his professional path in the Utilities industry leading, as Project/Senior Manager, different types of projects and acquiring vertical business knowledge and relations.
Since 2005 he directly has supported the Italian subsidiary Steering Committee of an international air gases company to deploy a three years European business efficiency program.

On September 2007 he joined FINCONS GROUP as Utilities Business Unit Manager and since April 2009 he has been Senior Executive and member of Fincons Group Executive Board. Since 2015 he has been responsible of Energy&Utilities Business Unit. He also holds the role of Director of Product Center for FiscalOne and AMPPER solutions.
