Fincons Group is among the best employers in Italy in the Top Job-Best Employers 2023/24 ranking.
The ranking is drawn up annually by the German Quality Institute ITQF in collaboration with La Repubblica Affari&Finanza. Fincons ranks 13th within the "IT" sector.
ITQF contacted 5000 employees of 1700 Italian companies, with at least 300 people, via an anonymous survey, to guarantee a correct and impartial evaluation. Interviewees answered questions on topics such as the working climate, professional development opportunities, growth prospects, sustainability and company values. At the end of the study, 379 companies belonging to different sectors were awarded.
This is a truly important result that rewards the constant attention that Fincons places on the well-being and development of its people.
