Fincons has always been committed to promoting dignified working conditions, maximum attention to the principles of sustainability, and zero tolerance towards any form of discrimination. This is why we have been certified with the SA8000 standard. Its values ​​are based on the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the ILO conventions are an integral part of Fincons Group.

This is why, in harmony with the principles of the SA8000 standard to which Fincons adheres, we publish our Social Responsibility Policy for the future that we all imagine for our people and for society, building and spreading a culture in which everyone can recognize themselves.

The availability of a management system, subjected to scrutiny by a Certification Body, offers further concreteness to the commitment undertaken, guaranteeing the highest degree of rigor in adhering to the values ​​at the heart of SA8000. 
 

VIOLATION REPORTING

The reporting management process represents a key element of the SA8000 management system for Social Responsibility and covers: 

  • child labor;
  • forced and compulsory labor;
  • Health & Safety;
  • freedom of association and right to collective bargaining;
  • discrimination;
  • disciplinary procedures;
  • working hours;
  • remuneration;
  • management system.

You can send your reports anonymously and securely to complaint.SA8000@finconsgroup.com, to highlight problems or recommend ideas for improvement regarding the issues at the center of our policy.

The reports must be as clear and detailed as possible, so as to facilitate their most effective management. Each communication received is taken care of by the SPT (Social Performance Team), reported in the appropriate register, analyzed in detail, in order to identify any solution, shared with the complainant at the end of the management process.

If the processing of the report is not satisfactory, the interested party may submit it to the SGS certification body or the SAAS accreditation body, using the following references:
