Giacomo Nicolella joined Fincons in 2016, where he developed professionally to become a Solution Architect. In this role, he focuses on the development of core business projects, as well as on mentoring and on the professional growth of his team. His people-centred philosophy permeates every aspect of his life, also finding expression in his passion for creative writing, which culminated in the publication of the novel "L'Alba Dentro Ai Tuoi Occhi"("The Dawn Within Your Eyes"), a work that testifies to how technology and human sensitivity can not only coexist, but interact and enrich each other, generating value on both a professional and personal level.
