The challenge
Gruppo Helvetia Italia (Helvetia) was looking for an IT partner capable of independently managing the maintenance and evolution of its P&C policy administration system based on the PASS platform, while effectively handling even the most complex tasks.

The solution
To meet its support requirements, Gruppo Helvetia Italia entered into a partnership with Fincons, initially focused on PMO and subsequently expanded to the entire project lifecycle: requirements gathering, functional and technical analysis, development, and testing.
