We are working with the Associated Press, one of the leading news providers globally, to help them transition to a content delivery model that is more sophisticated and flexible as required by their clients. They are moving from an “all you can eat” model to one where users are able to select content and themes for tailored periods and lengths of time.

Before tackling software solutions, we analysed the existing state of play and took part in the company’s internal evolution by helping to define a roadmap of implementation projects that will renew their systems over time starting with a frictionless client-facing front end where it is possible to select, configure and purchase a tailored subscription and moving on to a solid customisable salesforce-based sales engine.
