Educational Equity with NextGenTV and Fincons

We’re pleased to announce that Fincons developed, in conjunction with the National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) and the Howard University Middle School of Mathematics and Science, an innovative distance education app which utilizes NextGen TV technology to ensure all students have equal access to home learning, even without internet broadband access.

During an exciting panel with industry experts, a practical demo will showcase the simplicity of the application and its functionalities, such as the class schedule presented in a TV guide-style with easy navigation and a traffic light color-coded system that indicates to students: work outstanding, ongoing, and completed. What is ingenious is that when work is complete, a QR code is generated, allowing students to submit their work to their teacher with their mobile device. This innovative feature allows two-way communication between the school and the students, which is crucial for remote schooling to be effective.

At Fincons, we are passionate about providing services to the citizens that make a real difference, and during the pandemic, we have gone beyond and risen to the challenge.

The recording will be available on the same page for 60 days.
