Fincons has been selected as one of the 450 Italian best companies to work for by the Italy's Best Employers Ranking, drawn up annually by Statista in collaboration with Corriere della Sera (one of the major Italian daily newspapers), for the fourth consecutive year.
The ranking is the result of an independent survey of over 20,000 professionals from companies with more than 250 employees. Respondents were asked over 50 questions on topics related to work environment, salary, development potential, company image and many other topics.
Fincons is 31st among global leaders within the "Internet, IT and Telecommunications" sector ranking.
Being included in this selection represents a significant result that recognizes Fincons’ focus on work-life balance, well-being and the professional development of its people.
