At Fincons we strongly believe in young talents, for which we imagine a more innovative and sustainable world with more opportunities. This is why we have been investing for years in the Fincons Academy project, the Group's business school for new graduates with the aim of creating new opportunities in the world of digital consulting.
This vision has led us to inaugurate a new digital edition of the Academy, which will begin next June 3: the Talent Incubator for Financial Services, a course dedicated to young talents, graduands and recent graduates in economics, business, engineering, IT and scientific subjects in Milan, Trento and Verona. Five weeks of classes, totally free and managed by skilled teachers with great experience in the field. The course will be held in partnership with Flowe, a Benefit company part of the Mediolanum Group that is revolutionizing the world of financial services with an offer mainly dedicated to digital natives and attentive to environmental, social and personal sustainability.
Fincons has been collaborating with Flowe since 2019 with a dedicated team, providing a testing factory service that has successfully supported the launch of this innovative online payment platform and, to date, supports its evolution.
The Talent Incubator for Financial Services represents the strengthening of the partnership between the two companies and fosters the values they promote: attention to investing in young people, in their education and training, to bring them closer to an increasingly innovative digital world by embracing the vision of a more responsible and sustainable business.
