Fincons has been confirmed among the framework contractors of DIGIT-TM III, the new multi-supplier agreement that will support the European Commission's digital transformation through 2030.
The European Commission's Directorate-General for Informatics (DG DIGIT) has awarded DIGIT-TM III, the framework contract that will provide external IT and digital services to the Commission and other EU institutions. Fincons is among the companies selected for this new edition, building on its long-standing collaboration with DG DIGIT under the previous DIGIT-TM and DIGIT-TM II contracts.
With an estimated value of nearly four billion euros, DIGIT-TM III replaces DIGIT-TM II and expands the scope of digital services covered by the framework. The contract spans three main areas:
- Design, development and integration
- Cloud, data and AI capabilities
- Operations, support and continuous improvement
DIGIT-TM III also introduces stronger security and data protection requirements, together with dedicated provisions for the responsible use of artificial intelligence in service delivery.
Contracts are organised into three lots covering locations across the European Union, and will run for up to 48 months with the possibility of extension.
Being part of DIGIT-TM III confirms Fincons' role as a trusted partner for European institutions, and its continued commitment to supporting the Commission's digital strategy through secure, resilient and forward-looking IT services.
