In the latest step of Fincons Group’s internationalisation process across Europe and the US, Fincons cuts the ribbon on the French Data Hub located on the 30th floor of La Tour Part-Dieu in Lyon, France.
Drawing on the Group’s core skills, the Hub will support clients in different industries such as Transportation, Financial Services, Media, Energy&Utilities and Manufacturing, with a special focus on data services expertise including Data Science, Data Analysis, Data Engineering, Data Visualization and Data Anonymization.
Michele Moretti, Owner and CEO Fincons Group comments: “In addition to the Paris office and a number of key locations in Europe and US, this latest office further cements Fincons’ commitment to continue to expand its international offering by establishing local offices. Here, skilled resources can provide clients with Fincons’ customary high service levels and continue to offer support that is based on cultural and linguistic proximity, as well as geographical reach, confirming our role of trusted partner in each country in which we operate”.
The Lyon office will also house the Scala Academy, the business school focused on the Scala programming language, which is widely used for processing Big Data and Machine Learning. Francesco Moretti, Group Deputy CEO and CEO International declares: “Our priority is to always be latest-technology ready and responsive to client demand, and our time and resource investments are constantly focused on this objective. Our soon-to-be live Scala Academy, built on Fincons’ Academy model that is already successfully developed in Italy, will serve to offer highly trained local resources to the French market, supporting the team in developing new solutions and bringing our clients more innovation and efficiency.”
Serge Bidault, Managing Director of Fincons France: “After almost 2 years from our Paris office opening, we felt it was important for Fincons France to establish this new location in order to further develop business in the area. The national Data Hub focused on data management services, an area in which the Group has a strong track record, will perfectly interact with all the Group's entities.”
