Sustainability is now the driving force behind change, and integrating sustainable policies into business means caring about the future of all stakeholders. That's why Fincons has decided to join the EcoVadis network: an internationally recognized collaborative platform, providing assessments of companies' sustainability performance for continued improvement.
We have been recently awarded the Silver Medal for all the sustainability policies we have implemented. These policies are the result of a structured approach that has intensified our responsible business practices, providing us with more tools to continue growing.
Among the initiatives that have made this success possible, we’d like to mention:
UN Global Compact
We have joined the world's largest corporate sustainability initiative devised and promoted by the UN to incorporate and support the protection of human rights, the environment, and the fight against corruption in our business strategies.
Cross-functional Corporate Social Responsibility Committee
We have established a working group involving individuals from different departments to identify priorities and continue structuring our sustainable corporate journey.
Greenhouse Gas Reporting
Every year, we renew our ISO 14064 certification with a third-party organization to monitor our CO2 emissions and adopt strategies to reduce them.
Policies governing business processes
We have updated a series of policies that define the foundation of our business processes, such as our anti-corruption policy, anti-harassment policy, supplier code of conduct, and many others.
HSE and cybersecurity training
We continue to provide training opportunities for our employees on health, safety, environment, and cybersecurity through dedicated educational programs.
Our commitment to sustainable business doesn't end here as we will undertake further important strategies and steps in the future.
