For the second year running, Fincons Group has been named one of “Europe's Best Employers 2026” in the ranking produced by the Financial Times in collaboration with Statista, one of the leading market research and statistical analysis platforms.
This is a significant achievement, resulting from an analysis of more than 15,000 major European companies with at least 500 employees. The assessment is based on anonymous feedback given directly by employees and industry professionals, with the aim of identifying organisations that stand out for the quality of their working environment, corporate culture and focus on people.
Fincons Group ranked 398th, securing a place among an exclusive selection of 1,000 of the best companies in Europe across various sectors. Of the 1,000 companies in the ranking, 82 operate in the "IT, Internet, Software and Services" sector, like Fincons, and of those, only 6 are Italian.
Being named among Europe's best employers for the second year running confirms the path Fincons has taken in building an environment where people can grow, express their talent and contribute to innovation. It's a result that strengthens the Group's commitment to continuing to invest in its most important asset: its people.
