For the third year in a row, Fincons Group is included in the TOP JOB – Italy’s Best Employers 2025/26 ranking, compiled by the German Institute for Quality ITQF in collaboration with La Repubblica Affari&Finanza, the weekly business and finance supplement of the Italian newspaper La Repubblica.
The recognition is based on the analysis of anonymous evaluations by employees and former employees of around 2,100 Italian companies, who gave their opinions on workplace climate, professional development, growth opportunities, sustainability, and corporate values. Companies that achieved a score of 65 out of 100 or higher were awarded the quality seal. In the “IT” category, Fincons ranked 14th, with a score of 73.46.
