Fincons Group has been included in Europe’s Best Employers 2025 ranking by the Financial Times in collaboration with Statista, securing the 687th position out of 1,000 top European companies across various sectors. Like Fincons, 75 of the 1,000 companies in the ranking belong to the IT, Internet, Software and Services sector in Europe. Of those 75, 10 are Italian.
The ranking was based on an anonymous survey conducted via ft.com and several independent online panels, involving employees from organizations with over 500 staff across Europe. In total, more than 4 million evaluations were collected.
