For the seventh consecutive year, Fincons is one of Italy’s Best Employers 2027, featuring in the ranking compiled by Corriere della Sera in collaboration with Statista and published in the newspaper’s Buone Notizie (Good News) section.
The survey, based on anonymous employee feedback, collected around 300,000 responses on working environment, pay, professional growth and gender equality. It ranks 450 organisations selected from companies with at least 250 employees in Italy.
The numbers make this achievement even more meaningful. With a score of 8.27, Fincons ranks 202nd out of 450 companies in the overall ranking, and 14th out of 39 in the “Internet, IT and Telecommunications” sector. This is a significant improvement on last year: +224 places in the overall ranking and +13 in the sector ranking.
The survey offers a very clear snapshit of the workplace in 2026. Alongside the need for work–life balance and the challenge of attracting and retaining talent, artificial intelligence is emerging as a major theme, especially when it comes to how companies support their people through this transformation.
