A new approach to IT strategy with services from Italy and India

Fincons' flagship offering is the smart-shore IT services model that the Group has been offering to its clients worldwide since 2008. This unique service in the industry allows us to respond with skill, speed and efficiency, thanks to high levels of employee retention and a project-based approach with teams both remote and on-site at client locations.

Information Technology services are provided from Italy - from the Delivery Center in Bari and its hubs located throughout the country - and from the office in Mumbai, India. These include:

The business’ exceptional growth has led the Group to make a very important investment: the construction of new headquarters for the Delivery Center in Bari. Opened in September 2022, the Fincons Future Gateway is a modern and technologically advanced building that can accommodate over 1,000 professionals in IT consulting.

The building was built with our people's wellbeing and top functionality in mind. In its large collaborative spaces, Fincons professionals work to provide services and solutions that are always at the forefront of innovation, delivering a new idea of digital business and customer relations. This is a real innovation hub that hosts an area dedicated to research and development. All this without forgetting the importance of the environment and the need to adopt increasingly green solutions. In fact, environmental sustainability criteria was respected during construction, with materials coming from a short supply chain.

The headquarters, located near Bari airport, guarantee easy access to national and international customers.

The service model is enhanced by 6 Operative Hub in Italy located in Catania, Lecce, Naples, Trento, Bolzano, Rende (Cosenza). It is a further confirmation of the Group’s commitment to local development and the investment for the growth of young resources in the IT sector.


With the opening of Fincons India in 2024, the IT services offer has been further enriched: the Italian Delivery Center’s Made in Italy smart-shore model is bolstered by the services offered by the Mumbai office, a 'boutique software' provide, with high-level technological and domain expertise that delivers personalized and competitive projects, guaranteeing flexibility, scalability of service and 24/7 supplementary support across different time zones.
